Continental School offers a wide range of activities that enhance the learning experience of our students. We offer after school sports, clubs, band/choir, and a variety of programs of interest to students. Currently we have girls' basketball and co-ed soccer teams competing with other schools in the Desert Plains League of small elementary schools in southern Arizona. Check out all we offer. We’re sure you’ll find something that interests you. ![]() Continental School offers a number of interesting and challenging after school activities. Radio Club has members building radio controlled airplanes and talking to other amateur radio aficionados around the world via short wave radio. Clay Club builds and fires clay objects of utility and art. Sewing Machine Arts Club meets to learn the basics of using a sewing machine. ![]() The Continental Middle School sports program offers after school athletic activities during the entire school year. In the first quarter, students may choose girls' volleyball or flag football. During the second quarter, we offer boys' basketball and girls' softball. In the third quarter, we offer co-ed soccer and girls' basketball. During the fourth quarter, students in 5th through 8th grade may join the track team. Our school is a member of the Southern RIver Canyon League and competes against Altar Valley, Anza Trail, Apollo, Challenger, Chaparral, Emily Gray, Lauffer, Sahuarita, and Sierra Middle Schools.
